DignetSoftware is actually young and ambitious people who function, work and collaborate as a team. It is important to know that the team will always be there for you, but you are also expected to be there for the team.

It is important to us that you actively participate in education, that you have your thinking sensors turned on. It is not a requirement, but it would be highly desirable that you have a sense of humor because it is more pleasant to work in a relaxed atmosphere.
Let us briefly describe our classic working day:
We like to wake up with a nice cup of coffee because the day is defined by our morning coffee. After we let the coffee machine (let's call it Jura) rest for a while, we start making a daily plan, push our concentration and brainwaves to their limits, and get to work.
After about two hours, we're already hungry and it's time to decide what to have for lunch today. The restaurant we get our delivery from always has several types of menus to choose from, but if nothing sounds appetizing to you, you can prepare a light meal (the kitchen is equipped with more or less all appliances except for the oven), go somewhere for lunch or make arrangements with the rest of the team and maybe some tenth idea will come to mind. Fresh seasonal fruit arrives every week, so we have a healthy snack.
After lunch, you can already guess - Jura's is busy again. We're actually not sure if Jura has more work in the morning or around noon, but he gets everything done quickly and efficiently.
After the break, it's time to focus on the hardest part again and get to work.
During the day we need to cool our heads a bit, rest our eyes from the monitor, and exercise our arms and legs, and our game room is perfect for that. For now, you can choose between: billiards, darts, table tennis, and table football. We also have karaoke, but please don't sing during the day (at least not into a microphone). We'll leave that fun for AWP.
By the way, we really like to celebrate something; birthdays, graduations, weddings, a beautiful and sunny day. Whatever we celebrate, it's usually at a nearby cafe.

DIGMATIX is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead our security services and contribute to the development of new offerings for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central & CRM) and Power Platform. This unique dual role includes technical leadership in security architecture and implementation, as well as advising the Business Development team in creating and launching security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Development Strategy (Strategic Lead)
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to create and launch new security offerings tailored to the Dynamics Business Application customer base.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, demo scripts, and proposal/SOW templates, supporting sales teams.
- Provide expert coaching on first-wave opportunities (discovery, solution framing, and commercial evaluation).
- Lead implementation projects end-to-end after a successful sales process, ensuring scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution oversight, and post-delivery reporting.
- Act as the business knowledge owner for security delivery; maintain playbooks, lessons learned, and delivery kits in a shared hub.
- Enable future team growth in response to increasing customer demand and support upselling strategies.
2. Security Engineering & Architecture (Technical Lead)
- Design and implement robust security baselines for Azure and Microsoft cloud environments, ensuring secure-by-design implementations for Dynamics 365 (BC & CRM), Power Platform, and Data/BI platforms.
- Lead the deployment and maintenance of the full Microsoft security stack: Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender.
- Strengthen organizational security maturity through monitoring solutions, internal audits, and improving incident response processes.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews. Support compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in information security or Microsoft cloud solution implementation, including at least 3 years in security engineering.
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact and clearly communicate value to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution oversight, and post-delivery reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Presales, Delivery, Marketing).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure security architecture.
- Practical experience implementing security for Dynamics 365 (BC/CRM), Power Platform, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in SIEM/SOAR (preferably Microsoft Sentinel) and log analytics.
- Deep understanding of IAM, MFA, RBAC, and security standards (CIS, Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark).
- Desirable: Microsoft Certifications.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering IT ERP implementation projects across multiple countries.
You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various departments such as IT, finance, procurement, logistics, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee complex IT projects from initiation to completion
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management
- Manage changes, risks, and potential issues
- Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s strategic objectives
